Who can use Ever

Adults, 18 or over. We check at signup, and we check again every time we pair two people.

Conduct

• Be clothed. Be sober enough to have a conversation you would stand behind tomorrow.
• Do not record a date. We do not record, and we cannot stop you, so this one is on you. We treat it seriously.
• Do not ask for money, and do not ask for contact details. There is nowhere in a date to type one, on purpose.
• Leave whenever you want. You never need a reason, and the other person is not told you left.
• Report anything that felt wrong. One tap ends the call before it opens the form.

What we do not promise

Ever does not verify a person's identity, intentions, or safety. A live video call is not a background check, and Ever does not perform background checks. You decide whether to meet someone outside the service.

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on the violation, Ever may issue a warning, reduce date access, suspend the account for review, or ban it permanently. A serious report can trigger an immediate suspension before review. You can appeal any penalty, and a person will review the appeal.

Money

Ever has a free tier. A free account gets three Live dates each week and one complete Event each month. Launch Events and occasional fill passes can include additional complete Events. After those Live dates, the account can stay in matching with a narrower pool. If either person has Ever+, the weekly limit does not stop the date. Ever+ includes unlimited Events but does not change filters or visibility. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you can cancel from Settings.
